Excellent Bought this for my 42″ Panasonic TV as a cheaper option to various overrated Soundbars on the market.Initially when you set it up you will only get STEREO and that is all. Even this was a vast improvement on the TV sound. However it annoyed me that I could not get 5.1 surround. After investigating I found that you could get a “Logitech 5.1 game console adapter” and this would give you 5.1 surround. You cannot get this from in the UK. However you can get it easily on Ebay from the US.Having ordered this for a few pounds and a few days later, I cannot believe the sound. The bass is excellent, and volume is louder than I will ever need. You can turn volume down really low too and it still gives you a rich sound with real depth to it, making your TV viewing experience a real joy! Does it give real 5.1 sound? Who knows? But when a phone rings in a movie, I always head to the bedroom on my left before I realise it’s not my phone!
ASUS Cine5 Sound Bar After reading the reveiws on this item decided to give it a shot, didn’t quite beleive it would sound as it does, the audio is amazing and surround sound is brill, watching blu ray dvd’s on my pc is now on another level, highly recommend, don’t be put off by the size, this is well worth the money…..
Small, discreet and suprisingly good quality Does not have the punch of a full set up but works suprisingly well! You even forgive it’s lack of base omph after a while as it’s sound is so good. This is a very solid performer for a PC set up. My 5.1 system broke and I got one of these as a stop gap – only now I am going to stick with it as I actually really like the sound, and the space savings are astonishing! The set up is perfect for gaming an light listening, if you want better quality you really need a full system with a separate sub.My only complaints? A better base would have been nice and the dial on top glows annoyingly bright at night. Mind you, this and a good set of headphones for when I want to be lost in music serves me very well.
