The Chief "Nodgy" says:

Just as good as other freeview boxes twice the price It just go to show that you don’t have to be conned into paying for a name to get quality, this unit is very neat and compact, the remote is lovely and responsive, user friendly and neat and the OSD menus are crisp clear and tidy, as a bonus this box also has 3 games under the freeview menu. The whole system works beautifully and for the price it’s a bargain. I paid double this for my previous box which felt to bits and started shutting itself off when pressing the scroll down button and it was a branded name !!! If you want a good simple and easy to use freeview then go for this and you will not be disappointed, nothing lavish or complicated here just a well made small(ish) unit that does everything is should without any problems. 9.5 out of 10.

Value Range Set top box Reasonaby priced small unit. I think this is a case of you gets what you pay for. I purchased this for my Father-in-Law’s TV since the one he had packed up when he attempted to reboot it for the new digital switchover.Initially it seemed ok but after only a couple of days my Father in Law was on the phone telling me his TV did not work. When I checked it out it appears the unit had “frozen” and to get it working I needed to unplug it leave it a few seconds and plug it back in. This is what my Father in Law had to do on a regular basis (he only watches TV for politics and the news maybe that is why the unit packs up!) Seriously though I checked out other reviews on other sites and it seems this is an inherant fault. I have subsequently replaced the unit with a slightly more expensive one and with better results.
