I want to give it a better rating I really do Three stars feels a bit harsh after only a few days but I really don’t think I can give it more.Positives…Styling – simple, clean, white on the front a sort of apple green on the back. I think I approve and girlfriend hates black tvs so wins a brownie point there.Setup – easy. On-screen menus lead you along nicely. Connected to my usually cruddy O2 WiFi no trouble. Done in minutesPicture – excellent. Nice and sharp on all the SD freeview channels and the HD channels are present and correct as well so rest easy it’s a proper HD tuner hurrah! Not so positives…one star offStand – I know it seems picky but the plastic stand supplied is horrible, not confidence inspiring when it wobbles if you walk past or there is a heavy breezeSound – hmmm. Seems to be a generic problem with smaller flatscreens, sound is very tinny and rather quiet out of the box, no bass response at all. Fiddling with the settings…

WOW As a big Samsung fan I was unsure to try this but shouldn’t have been. I won’t mention all the usual features just that it does mirror my screen from a S4 phone so it is immediately smart to the tune of every app on android. My microsoft wireless mouse works when the nano receiver is plugged into one of the usb ports. The LG phone app isalright not quite sure why it scores so highly, I still prefer the samsung one but hey its personal preference. It loses one star and it’s a shame to do it but it’s causing me big hassle. The tv is used in a kitchen diner that also has a new pioneer hifi. I want to connect the tv to the hifi. This is where I hit the rails. There is no dedicated audio output neither rca or optical. I’ve tried the headphone out which is unbelievably quiet even at full volume on the tv and hifi so useless. I’ve also tried the scart out with a scart to rca lead which works great until you move to the smart features such as iplayer or watch a movie from usb etc…
