Doc Barbara says:

Excellent when tweaked. This a bargain price TV with an easily accessible built-in DVD player (on the right-hand side) and some ready installed apps such a BBC iPlayer and News, and Netflix. The picture is clear but I found it needed brightening and the sound is flat and somewhat tinny (hence four stars). I added two small Logitech speakers for about £17 and the effect is excellent, giving a much richer tone to the speaking voice. It worked well with an indoor antenna to allow Freeview where the signal was strong but needed to be connected to my main aerial in the room it will stay in. Access to the Internet seemed to require an Ethernet cable to connect it to the hub to operate properly and it is still on the slow side to arrive. It is easy to navigate between the various functions using the handset. I bought mine locally as I wanted after-sales service and this proved necessary for the adjustments mentioned but someone more savvy might manage on his/her own and the Amazon price is lower by a few pounds…
